Our Wonderful Parish Communities

There is much going on in the Parish at the moment and where many people give their time freely, to make our Parishes into Communities.

The areas I am involved in are:

• Organising the Parish Surgeries – which I hope you take advantage of and come to meet your local representatives.
• The Grouville Gazette – which has now been running for 21 years (the second longest published Parish Magazine after St Ouen!)
• The Grouville Community Support Group – where we have keen volunteers waiting to help you – so please ask if you need any kind of assistance to help you in your everyday living. I am also looking to set a similar Group up in St Martin, and,
• Les Grouvelles – along with my fabulous team who offer events and activities to the women in Grouville. St Martin’s of course still enjoy their WI organisation.

I would like to thank all those who come along to support events, but especially to those who volunteer and make it all happen.

I also extend my thanks to other organisations in the Parish – which include the Municipality, the Honorary Police, the Sports Clubs, the Youth Clubs and all the other volunteers who make our Parishes into Communities. THANK YOU.
