The Island Identity project commissioned the Jersey Policy Forum to run a conference that sought out the views and next steps. Opened by the Bailiff, Timothy Le Cocq, the dialogue event had two external speakers and 120 people drawn from a diversity of sectors and communities in Jersey engaging in facilitated dialogue across 10 simultaneous roundtable discussions in two workshop sessions. Live performance, music and art was highlighted throughout the afternoon for an immersive experience to celebrate and catalyse reflection and dialogue about identity and belonging. States Members were invited to allow them to hear directly from Islanders about issues that matter to them.
