A very warm welcome, and thank you for visiting my website.
It is aimed to give you a brief illustration of my work. My focus remains on the Community; at Parish, Island and International levels, whether that’s supporting our parishes of Grouville and St Martin, taking a leading role in promoting Jersey’s unique identity, or representing our Island on the international stage.
I’ve helped to bring people together through the Parish Surgeries, Community Support Groups, the Grouville Gazette and Les Grouvelles. Across Jersey, I launched the Island Identity project to share our values, provide resources for children and newcomers, and help us all feel a stronger sense of belonging. Beyond our shores, I’m proud to serve as Minister for International Development and Assistant Minister for External Relations, chairing Jersey Overseas Aid and building connections with our global diaspora through Jersey Connections.
Through the links above you can explore in more detail some of the projects, initiatives and propositions I’m involved in, and which I’m always happy to discuss.

More support needed for deaf community
I frequently work with the Island’s Deaf Community. Their needs and requirements are often over-looked and I would like to think I am their ‘go-to person’ in the States Assembly who will try to get their needs recognised and considered.
